Modern day vampire novels (with a few exceptions) are crap. Well that's why i wanted to write one. When i was fifteen i started writing one, a vampire novel i would want to read. As it happens reading back i think my first attempt wasn't up to much. I was only 15 though! But with this new novel i feel i am exceding all previous expectations i had before.
I have just been rumaging through the interweb and found there are many people like me who are annoyed with the current wash of half written vampire literature so i ask everyone to give me a hand.
Please tell me what you would like to see in a vampire novel? What do you hate about the current trend of vampire novels?
I would be eternally grateful to anyone who responds!

My name is Michelle, i'm 22. I'm a writer, currently unpublished but that will change very soon. I write a wide variety of stuff. I am using this page as a random thoughts page, i might put some real writing on it as well but i am not sure at the minute. It depends whether anyone actually cares i suppose. I can be quite opinionated but i am always prepared to see the other side of an argument.
Basically i think life is a blessing rather than a curse and i am not going to use this page as a ranting session (i don't think so anyway)
I am going to use it to express my love and joy at all things great and small. This probably makes me sound a bit inhuman or fake. Don't get me wrong, i get unhappy and all of my friends could tell you how mardy i can get. But i don't write when i am unhappy, it taints the flow. I write about it afterwards. It's like drinking when you are unhappy, usually just makes you worse. I know there are a lot of people who would disagree with me on that and they are intitled to their opinion as am i!
I usually have at least one notebook handy, i note down anything that makes me sad or makes me happy. Quotes, lyrics and random thoughts i have. I am sure there will be plenty of them on here!
I think i am going to leave this entry like this. I hope you enjoyed it.
